Nowsaday when we want visit an residential area or visit a factory, most of the time we will ask to register our name, shooting our photo and to record our IC mykad info in computer system, also don't forget about the old school solution like those require us to leave the driving license / mykad in the guard house, and to me the most useless way i knew which is with a log/note book ask the visitor self fill up the personal details and visit purpose, which company/unit you want to visit, what is the time during you come in and when you go out nobody ask you to sign again, so that is no go out record, sometime the security guard is not there also, so you can destroy the proof by tear the whole page; or this you no need to destroy the proof as all info you write is not correct at all anyway etc. Oops..!! i am not ask you for how to be a bad guy but this is the loop whole, please la think about it, i can think this, sure the bad guy can do it.
I checked with the company sell this kind of system they call this as visitor management system, true, this is nice product name, close to what is does :) so this system allow the owner or management to manage the info, for even advance, really can manage the visitor, which is like preregister the visitor and so on.
If all this system can linked to the government or police department then i think the criminal will be lesser as well.

Window 10 is a must for the future read mykad smart card reader to support
Recently read an article of Microsoft said that is hit to 1 million registrant for window insider program to test and feedback for beta window10 before it is official launch in the 2015, this is amazing and so excited news, by looking on the numbers, you will know window 10 will be the future, all hardware device have to updated the driver to compatible to it (hopefully it is not much change on the hardware support), if not then our wallet have to spend again to run this upgrade, that's why i hate update the OS(operating system).

SISTEM PERTUKARAN MILIKAN KENDERAAN PERSENDIRIAN
(MOTOKAR) SECARA SEMENTARA MELALUI SYARIKAT
KENDERAAN TERPAKAI (e-TUKAR MILIK SEMENTARA)
sementara ke atas nama syarikat kenderaan terpakai berkenaan;
pemilik baru. Walau bagaimanapun, kebiasaannya bagi kenderaan yang
dijual atau “trade-in” kepada syarikat kereta terpakai, pertukaran milikan
tidak terus berlaku.
3. Keadaan ini mengakibatkan pemilik asal masih menanggung segala risiko
walaupun kenderaan tersebut telah dijual kepada syarikat-syarikat
2
kenderaan terpakai. Pemilik asal masih kekal sebagai pemilik berdaftar
kenderaan berdasarkan pada daftar JPJ. Masalah yang timbul adalah:
(i) masih terus menerima notis saman JPJ atau Polis Diraja Malaysia atas
kesalahan lalu lintas yang berlaku selepas kenderaan telah dijual;
(i) fi pertukaran milikan sebanyak RM100 membebankan syarikat kereta
terpakai;
pembeli baru;
sekiranya ditukar milik beberapa kali.
3
membolehkan pertukaran milikan dilaksanakan semasa pemilik menjual
kenderaannya kepada syarikat kenderaan terpakai. Maklumat kenderaan,
7. Setiap transaksi pertukaran milikan kenderaan persendirian (motokar)
kadar RM10.

MyKad: The Malaysia Government Multipurpose Smart Identity Card
MyKad, or Government Multipurpose Card (GMPC) is the official compulsory identity card of Malaysia. MyKad is considered as world’s first smart identity card. The MyKad or GMPC project is part of the Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) initiative. MyKad was officially launched on September 5, 2001 and incorporates a microchip, which contains several items of data including biometrics. From March 2003, a variant of this identity card for newborn babies was introduced, known as MyKid.
The word “My” in “MyKad” signifies Malaysia’s top level domain country code .my and also indicating personal ownership of the card. The word “Kad” is the acronym of “Kad Akuan Diri” or translated as “Personal Identification Card” as well as “Kad Aplikasi Digital” (Digital Application Card) and also means “card”.

Failure to do so may incur a fine of between RM3,000 and RM20,000 or jail term of up to three years.
Functions of MyKad
The MyKad is a piece of plastic with an embedded microchip and has the dimensions of a standard credit card. MyKad contains a 64Kb EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory) chip running on the M-COS (MyKad Chip Operating System) operating system.
